R script that analyzes the degree of agreement between two rasters with nominal categories – This R script compares two ASCII maps in terms of accuracy or degree of agreement. Calculations:

Confusion Matrix (integers and proportions), kappa, weighted kappa, and CII for all categories present in the ASCII maps. AUC, omission rate, commission rate, sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy for each independent category.
